WHY THE PORTAL EXISTS
I have been spiritual my entire life. And for twenty years, I was also a licensed therapist.
I sat with people in their pain. I helped them make sense of what they were carrying. But somewhere along the way, I hit a crossroads of my own.
I knew there was more to this physical life than what I could see. I knew we were made of energy. And I knew that the tools I had were not getting to the root of what I was experiencing in myself.
That's when I found yoga. And through yoga, I found the chakras... these extraordinary energy centres that run through the body, each one holding a different dimension of who we are. Our safety. Our voice. Our sense of self. Our ability to love. Our intuition. Our connection to something greater.
I began to see clearly, undeniably... how certain chakras in my own body had been blocked for years. Not because of anything I had done wrong, but because of things I had been through. Childhood experiences that had lodged themselves in my energy body and quietly shaped how I thought, how I spoke, how safe I felt, how much I trusted myself. So I did the work. I went in. I cleared what needed to be cleared. I learned to speak my truth. I learned that I was safe. I learned to tune into my intuition and trust what I heard. I learned that my guides had been there all along...I just hadn't been able to receive them through all the noise of the old patterns. The Portal was born from that journey. Not as a theoretical program. As a lived one. I built it because I knew I wasn't the only one carrying blocked energy that was quietly keeping her from the spiritual authority she was born with. The answers have always been inside you. The Portal is how we get there together.
